• If “Share” is not available, copy text in other apps and paste it into @Voice for aloud reading.
• Open text or HTML files from Android file system for reading aloud.
• Save articles opened in @Voice to files for later listening. Construct listening lists of many articles for uninterrupted listening one after the other. Order the list as needed, e.g. more important articles first.
• Easily control speech generator volume, pitch and rate of speech.

Here is a quote about Acapela TTS voices:

One of the latest additions is the familiar suite of voices from Acapela TTS Voices. These voices have been found to be highly responsive and a welcome improvement when compared to the built-in offerings.

This is also available as a browser plugin for windows or Mac. A lot of other apps uses Pocket API in order to save and read later articles.

Pocket defines itself as “Use Pocket when you discover an interesting article, video or web page, but don’t have time to view it. Once it’s in Pocket, it’s on your phone, tablet or computer. You can read an article during a flight, see a web page while you wait in line or watch a video while relaxing at home.”

It means that you can read later, on your android tablet, in a well formated form (without advertisement and annoying menu), all saved webpages. Synchronization is done though the cloud, with a Pocket account.

Since version 4.2, Pocket have added Android TTS support. We have tested and it works perfectly with Acapela Voices, as shown on these screenshots:
